Automatic Power Factor Regulators ZH--R726-A
ZH-R726-A automatic power factor regulator is specifically designed for supporting various types of AC brushless generator parallel power grid. System with the automatic voltage regulator AVR448 (ZH-R488) series of composite applications, in parallel to achieve large grid voltage generator before the track; parallel power grid automatically adjust the power factor.
1. ZH-R726-A automatic power regulator is a big power generators in parallel to achieve the control unit to automatically adjust the power factor, it must be matched with an automatic voltage regulator AVR448/R449 (ZH-R488) series of composite applications;

4.The Main Functions
1 The automatic voltage tracking is performed before the generator is
connected to the grid to ensure that the terminal voltage of the genera-
tor is consistent with the voltage of the grid;
2 The power factor after grid connection is automatically adjusted ac-
cording to the set parameters, and the pre-advance or hysteresis control
can be adjusted. Advance: absorb reactive power to the grid (for active
reactive power compensation); hysteresis: send reactive power to the
grid (general application).
3. The system has four working modes:
3.1 stand-alone operation (generator without differential operation),
wiring diagram switch K closed ZH-R726-A to withdraw from work;
3.2 Parallel operation with large power grid as reference wiring diagram;
Note:
Grid and generator voltage rating of 400V (line voltage), if the voltage does not match,it can be transformed by voltage transformer or the user can order separately.
4. Its main features:
4.1 Tracking the voltage automatically before the generator grid to ensure the voltage of the generator terminal voltage is consistent with the grid;
4.2 After paralleling the power factor of the network parameters set by the automatic adjustment, selectable tone control lead or lag. Ahead: to absorb reactive power (for active reactive power compensation); lag: Issue reactive (General Application) to the grid.
5. There are two operation modes for the system:
5.1 Stand-alone operation (no tone generator poor run), wiring diagram switch K is close
up, ZH-R726-A quit working;
5.2 Parallel operation of large power grid as a reference wiring diagram;
6.ZH-R726-A debugging method:
6.1 Power factor setting (COSφ)
Power factor should be setted before starting the generator, the generator clockwise tune to the end lagging power factor grid is -0.65, counterclockwise tune to the end lead grid generator power factor is +0.65 (To improve the efficiency of the generator, the average user can the power factor is set at about -0.95).
6.2 Stability adjustment (STAB)
Counter-clockwise decreases the stability, increase the stability of degrees clockwise. First when adjusting potentiometer counterclockwise to adjust the output voltage to be unstable, and then go down to adjust slowly clockwise until the output voltage stability.
Note: The output voltage is too stable dynamic response will deteriorate.
6.3 voltage tracking error adjustment (U1 = U2)
Voltage deviation tracking potentiometer is used for setting the voltage deviation between terminal1 and terminal2(grid), meanwhile terminal 3 and terminal 4(power generation) before the system interconnection. When the bias voltage between the grid voltage and power is larger than the setting value, R726-A will automatically adjust the voltage to the grid voltage. Clockwise to adjust the voltage + deviation increases counterclockwise to adjust the voltage - deviation increases (the factory setting good product, users generally do not need to adjust)
