Denyo Controller Specification
1.Overview
●Denyo controller shows generator sets’rotational speed, water temperature, oil pressure and alternator’s running time on the panel by touch the button.
It will alarm automatically when it detects faults (low oil pressure, high water temperature, over speed, high/low battery voltage).
Panel LED indicates faults, which reflects real and effective automatic alarm signal.

4. Operation
4.1 Function description for button and panel indicator light
●When button <> in the manual state, press it will independently display battery voltage “V”, alternator’s rotational speed “min-1”,water temperature “ ℃ ” ,
oil pressure “x100KPa”,alternator’s performance period “hour
●Indicator light “WATER TEMP” lights up when a failure occurs in genset’s water temperature sensor
●Indicator light “OIL PRESS” lights up when a failure occurs in genset’s oil pressure sensor
●Indicator light “AIR FILTER” lights up when genset’s scram button switch on
●Indicator light “FUEL FILTER WATER LEVEL” lights up when a failure occurs in generator’s liquid level sensor
●Indicator light”FULE LEVEL” is for the indication of genset oil level. Green light will turn to red when genset’s oil level is too low

6.Protection
●High water temperature: if the water temperature sensor detects high water temperature , panel indicator light “℃” will alarm with flicker and show the real
water temperature value.
●Low oil pressure: if the oil pressure sensor detects the low oil pressure, panel indicator light “x100KPa” will alarm with flicker and show the real oil pressure value.
●Over speed: if alternator’s rotational speed exceeds the rated rotational speed 114%, panel indicator light “min-1” will alarm with flicker and show the real
rotational speed.
●High/Low battery voltage: if battery voltage is higher than DC30V or lower than 8V, indicator light “V” will alarm with flicker.
