Many users may find that the AVRs are easily to broken or burnt when using. When this happen, the first thing they think is the quality is not good. Actually most AVRs broken is not due to its quality, the AVR is to stabilize the voltage and protect the alternators, many factors may cause it burnt, such as alternator fault, short circuit and so on. When these problems occur, the AVR will be the first to be affected part, it broken, but it protect the alternator from damaged.
We have met many times, the customers reflected their AVR cannot work or the voltage is not stable after assemble, they returned to us. Our technician analyzed and found the AVR was in good condition. After further communication and check, the problem is from the alternator.
