Intelligent Digital Charger ZH-CH2830

ZH-CH2830 series intelligent charger is specially designed for charging 12 v / 24 v battery, with constant voltage, constant current, trickle, full self-stop, anti-short circuit

features, meanwhile display real-time charging voltage and charge current in digital.

1.Scope of Application

1.1 It is suitable for lead-acid batteries, fully sealed solid wide temperature battery.

1.2 Working Voltage would be AC 220V(160 ～ 250V) or AC 110V(80 ～ 160V), Working Frequency is 35～100Hz, it can ensure the engine still can be charged at low speed (idling).

1.3 It can be charged directly by diesel generator’s power to replace the charger.

1.4 It can be used at temperature between -40℃～+50℃ and in 98%RH wet condition without congealing.

1.5 It allows to run the start motor when charging the battery by the grid.

1.6 The models are: 20A, 30A, 40A, 12V and 24V, please to choose and install (product packaging with identification) according to the requirement.

2.Features

2.1 Constant Current and Fast Charging. When the voltage of charge battery is lower than the setting data (12V battery group<12V, 24V battery group<24V),

the charger will work with the biggest and constant current.

2.2 Limited Current: When the voltage of the battery is near full, (12V battery group≥12V, 24V battery group≥24V) the current will be automatically limited.

2.3 Tricking Current and Float Charging: It will turn to float charging by current which is 0.5~1A, (Relevant to the amount of electricity the objective equipment consumed)

when the voltage reaches the setting value. (13.8 V in the state of 12V, and 27.6 in 24V)

2.4 Stop Charging: When the voltage of battery reaches the full value, (14 V in the state of 12V, and 28V in 24V) charging will be shut off automatically.

2.5 Over Current and Protection Against for Short Circuit: The charger has functions of over current and short circuit protection . When the capacity of battery is too big

(inner resistance is small) , loading is short circuit or during charging by grid while start the start motor at the same time(In this case the starting current is very large,

for the charger is close to a short circuit), it will not be destroyed. Thus, due to the characteristics of the product,when the battery is used as the starting power supply,

the battery charger need not be disconnected.

2.6 With function of battery reverse polarity protection.

2.7 With function of start fan cooling automatically when emerge over temperature （55℃）

2.8 The whole shell is made in aluminum alloy, with functions of beautiful, durable, anti-electromagnetic interference and good fan-effect;

3.Notice

3.1 Product is specially designed for storage battery, as output contains pulse composition, so when in the absence of storage battery, it is not suitable for using directly as

a electronic equipment power, otherwise it will cause interference or even damage to the electronic equipment.

3.2 If there is no good shockproof measures, do not install the battery charger on the diesel genset directly The product should be prevented from water or other liquid sprinkling, meanwhile should pay attention to the ventilation and should be far away from high temperature and thermal radiation.
